POLICE DEPARTMENT
VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS

SUBJECT: Activities of the Police Department for December 1973
The Police Department handled 43 complaints and investigated 5 motor
vehicle accidents. There were 13 traffic tickets and 29 parking
tickets issued during the month.
There were no felonies reported during the month and 6 misdemeanor
complaints.
A recommendation will be made to the Village Board concerning the
salary of a new Patrolman to replace Patrolman Lawrence H. Rabin
who has resigned effective January 22, 1974. Patrolman Rabin has
accepted an appointment to the A'ew York State Police.
The part -time officers worked a total of 84 hours during the month
and the full -time officers worked 17 hours overtime.
