REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER.
DECEMBER 1973
An on -sight inspection and advice was given by the Zoning Officer
to Dr. Sutton on the zoning restrictions and requirements concerning
the Bolton Estate property on Sunset Drive.
Request was made by Mr. Hill to divide his property that fronts
on Triphammer Road. His proposed division was returned to him as not
meeting the zoning requirements.
Notification has been given to Mr. Shea at 118 Oak Hill Road that
a small shed he has constructed on his property was in violation of the
Zoning Ordinance.
During the month of November one zoning permit was issued for the
construction of alterations and additions for an estimated amount of
$876.98.
On November 27, 1973 the Zoning Board of Appeals met at the request
of Dr. Michael V. Sobel. After rehearing his case the Zoning Board of
Appeals voted to deny his request to construct his garage closer to the
road than the 15 foot setback granted to him in a variance on October 9,
1973.
