HomeMy WebLinkAboutReport of the Zoning Officer Aug 1973VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER AUGUST 1973 Request has been receivedfronf Dr. Peter Patrick for a variance to permit his establishment of a dental office on the Krebs property at the corner of Hanshaw and Pleasant Grove Roads. Because the Krebs property is in the residential zoning area of the Village, I believe it would require a change in zoning rather than the variance to allow Dr. Peter Patrick to use the property for a dental office zrithout also using the property as his residence. During the past month six zoning permits were issued for alterations and additions to existing structures for an estimated cost of $16,900. The Village has received a request from Mrs. Walter Ku, 330 The Parkway to purchase a 25 foot strip of land owned by the Village between her property and that owned by Mr. David Call. I believe her request for the purchase of this property is to increase her width of property so that she could divide her existing lot into two building lots. Her inquiries were made to the Village in connection with the division of the David Call property which was permitted because of a retroactive use. John B. Rogers Village Zoning Officer •
