REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
JUNE 1973
From the time of the last report 2 zoning permits were issued for the
construction of new houses in the Village for a total estimated amount of
$90,600. In addition 2 zoning permits were issued for the construction of
additions to existing houses for an estimated amount of $119300. A zoning
permit was issued to Prof. Shepherd for the construction of a house on
Remington Road west of North Sunset Drive because this road, although it is
not finished, is owned by the Village of Cayuga Heights retroactively to
1965 the time at which a zoning ordinance requiring the completion of road
by developers was passed by the Board of Trustees.
