VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
MAY 1973
Since the last regular Board meeting there have been four zoning permits
issued for the construction of new houses in the Village. There is
also one zoning permit issued for the construction of an addition to
an existing dwelling. The total estimated cost of construction for
these five zoning permits is $192,000.
There have been applications for three other zoning permits which were
denied because they did not meet the zoning regulations. As of yet,
none of these have been submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Zoning Officer has received a number of requests for information
on the division of existing building lots into two or more building
lots. There seems to be more interest and questions raised on this
matter than in any time in the last ten years.
