VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
MINUTES of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held at 2:00 P.M.
February 24, 1973 in the Village Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees David J. Allee, Harold R. Fisher,
Verne A. Fogg, Carl H. Nelson, Rane F. Randolph; Treasurer Gordon B. Wheeler.
The Board put together the tentative budget for the fiscal year 1973 -74
which will be presented at the Public Hearing which is usually the first
Monday in April.
RESOLUTION # 2062 - SEWER - BRADFIELD PROPERTY
VOTED to authorize Mayor Marcham to sign the instrument called a
Restriction of Sanitary Sewer Right of Way concerning the property of
Richard and Hannah Stillman Bradfield to be dated 2/27/73.

RESOLUTION # 2063 - AWARD BID FOR FIRE APPARATUS
VOTED to award the bid on the 45' Aerial Ladder Truck to Pierce
Manufacturing Inc. of Appleton, Wisconsin in the amount of $49,851.00.
Delivery to be made F.O.B. Ithaca within 60 -90 days (calendar) from
• Wisconsin factory after receipt of chassis, which is furnished as part
of this bid.
RESOLUTION # 2064 - APPROVE TRANSFER & NOTE
VOTED to authorize the transfer of $4,800 from the Streets Equipment
number A5110.2 to the Refuse Equipment number A8160.2 and to authorize
the issuance of an equipment note for three years in the amount of
$12,000 at an interest rate of 3.9%. This resolution to be confirmed
at the next regular meeting of the Board.
