REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
OCTOBER 1972
One zoning permit was issued for the construction of a new house on
Simsbury Drive with an estimated cost of $40,000.
A zoning permit was issued for the construction of additions to an
existing dwelling with an estimated construction cost of $17,000.
The Board of Zoning Appeals met on October 2, 1972 to hear an appeal
from Mr. Charles Mercer for a variance from the front yard setback and
the building coverage on his property at 101 The Parkway. No notice
has been received at the Village Office on their decision.
