VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER
SEPTEMBER 1972
I. During the past month one permit was issued for a new residence
for an estimated amount of $38,500.
II. The Village has received an appeal from Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Elliott
at 235 North Triphammer Road. The Zoning Board of Appeals denied
their request for a fence over four feet high on their north
boundary that abuts on the neighboring property in which a dentist
has set up a professional office.
