VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER JULY 1972 The Zoning Board of Appeals met to hear the case of Mr. Alfred Lee Klaer requesting a variance to divide an existing lot into two building lots on June 26, 1972. Because of a lack of a quorum of the Zoning Board of Appeals an additional meeting is to be held. On June 8, 1972 the Zoning Board of Appeals met to hear a request for a fence on Mr. Rosenblum's property at 1045 Highland Road. The request was denied on the basis that there was no proof offered as to the existence of an unnecessary hardship and that other alternatives were available that required no zoning variance. Requests of the Zoning Officer were made for a decision on the division of the Turner property on Highland Road. Request was denied as neither the divided part or the remaining lot would meet the zoning requirements. A fence on the edge of the Roy Park property at the corner of Devon and Renwick Heights Road has been reduced to four feet in height to meet the zoning requirements. • A fence has been erected to greater than four feet in height between the last two properties in the Village on North Triphammer Road. The property owners will be notified that this is in violation of the zoning regulation. Request has been received from Mr. Bradfield to divide his property that fronts on Sheldon Road. Plans for the division trill be available at the Trustee's meeting. J. B. Rogers Village Zoning Officer •
