We received $1,040 from the School District and $890 from B.O.C.E.S. for
their Fire Alarm System charge.
Please bring your Ordinancea book for the Public Hearing on the Ordinances,
so you can compare the proposed Ordinances with the present Ordinance.
Mr. Rogers met with Rocco Lucente and inspected his properties on Sapsucker -
woods Road to determine his sewer unit charge. Mr. Lucente paid his charges
last year under protest. His unit assessment at that time was 56 units and
upon inspection Mr. Rogers determined his unit assessment should have been
43 units or a difference of 13 units. We charged $45.00 a unit which would
be $585.00 for the 13 units we overcharged Mr. Lucente. Do you wish to refund
this amount?
