I.J is VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS REPORT OF CLERK 2/14/72 Overtime paid in January is as follows: Gardner 4 hours $17.16 Garvin 42 hours 21.06 Grover 11 hours 57.42 Marshall 17 hours 56.29 Oltz 9 hours 45.36 Truax 9 hours 47.88 Tyrrell (Chris) 22 hours 74.36 We received $1,040 from the School District and $890 from B.O.C.E.S. for their Fire Alarm System charge. Please bring your Ordinancea book for the Public Hearing on the Ordinances, so you can compare the proposed Ordinances with the present Ordinance. Mr. Rogers met with Rocco Lucente and inspected his properties on Sapsucker - woods Road to determine his sewer unit charge. Mr. Lucente paid his charges last year under protest. His unit assessment at that time was 56 units and upon inspection Mr. Rogers determined his unit assessment should have been 43 units or a difference of 13 units. We charged $45.00 a unit which would be $585.00 for the 13 units we overcharged Mr. Lucente. Do you wish to refund this amount? We have been swamped with calls and visits by Village residents who wish to find out why their assessments have help but thefinal decision comes from t They are to hold a meeting in the Villa between 5 :00 P.M. and 9 :00 P.M. called of explanation so residents may determi to file before Grievance Day which is F is always the third Tuesday in February the Court House this year because it is the Village must hold a Grievance Day f and the Mayor will be asking for people Grievance Day at the Village Hall to be een raised.
