REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER

I. A Certificate of Occupancy were issued to Patten's Jewelers for their
store on Pleasant Grove Road. The work covered by this occupancy
permit was done under the permit which finally was approved by the
Zoning Board of Appeals.
A Certificate of Occupancy was issued to Mr. Ellis for his apartment
house at 107 Cayuga Heights Road. Mr. Ellis had done some minor
alterations to meet the fire safety regulations of the University
some year or two ago. He bad not received a Certificate of Occupancy
at that time although it had been inspected by our fire inspector
Mr. Vorhis.
II. Numerous inspections were made of the parking lot of the property owned by
Sarkus and Kimball on the lower part of VTyckoff Road to make sure a proper
parking lot was built as they were instructed by the Zoning Board
of Appeals. A building permit was issued to Sarkus and Kimball
after their plans had been submitted to the Board of Trustees for
their approval. One building permit was issued during the past
month for alterations and additions for an estimated amount of
• $4,100.
