Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights Subject: Activities of the Police Department for August 1971 Gentlemen: a The Department handled 68 complaints and investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents. There were 31 traffic tickets and 12 parking tickets issued during the month. Some of the cases investigated during the month concerned 2 felony cases (burglary), 22 misdemeanor cases (petit larceny, bad check, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, aggravated harassment, possession fireworks, • theft of services, and ABC law), 4 violations (disorderly conduct and harassment), and 5 Village Ordinances (solicitors and zoning). The part -time officers worked a total of 66 hours and the regular officers overtime for the month totaled 13 hours. Approval is requested for the following: 1 31 Y 1. Fulltime provisional appointment of Ptlm. Larry Rabin 2. State Police Breathalzer School - State Police Academy, Albany, N.
