• REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
OCTOBER 1971
I. New Zoning Map
A new zoning map is proposed of the same size and extent of detail
as the present zoning map dated August 15, 1960. The Zoning Officer
would like instructions on how to show Remington Road on this Zoning
Map taking into consideration the Village Trustees action of officio -Uy
closing this road.
II. Notice on Zoning Violations
Notice was sent in the form of a letter to W. and Mrs. Park that
the fence erected to the north was in violation of the Zoning Ordinance
and the fence to the south was erected on Village property. Notice
was sent to the residents at 889 Highland Road that a zoning permit
must be obtained for small out building 8 x 12 that was under
construction on their property.
III. Zoning Permits
Two zoning permits were issued during the last month for additions
of an estimated construction value of $1,200.
