Permission is requested to write the necessary checks to
purchase the following government printed stamped envelopes
and eight cents stamps:
1000 envelopes
500 envelopes
2000 envelopes
600 80 stamps

Total $372.15
The purchase of the 8y stamps is to elleviate buying 1.00 stamps,
more or less, out of petty cash each month. When bills are paid
the checks are placed in window envelopes which show the address
of the sender and of the receiver but we must place a stamp on
each one.
