REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
NOVEMBER 1971
One zoning permit was issued for a new single family dwelling at an
estimated cost of $30,000.
The Zoning Board of Appeals received a request for a variance from the
Carriage House Apartments to allow a roof overhang into the 30' setback
side yard to the south of their managers apartment building.
