Marcbam, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights Subject: Activities of the Police Department for October 1971 Gentlemen: The Department handled 82 complaints and investigated 6 motor vehicle accidents. There were 69 traffic tickets and 55 parking tickets issued during the month. • Some of the cases investigated during the month concerned 2 felony cases (burglary and criminal possession stolen property), 35 misdeanor cases (petit larceny, bad check, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, aggravated harassment, and possession of fireworks), 3 violations (disorderly conduct and harassment), and 8 Village Ordinances (solicitors, firearms, littering, curfew). The part -time officers worked a total of 103 hours and the regular officers overtime for the month totaled 37 hours. Respectfully submitted, Jack W. McGraw, Sr. Chief of Police •
