Report of the Zoning Officer
May 1971
One zoning permit was issued during the month of April for $35,000 for
the construction of a one - family house.
Minor alterations for two zoning permits previously issued were duly
recorded on the permits.
Questions on the sub - dvision of land submitted by residents were answered
after consultation with the Village Attorney.
Final submission of a sub - division map of the Sharp property on the corner
of Highland and Remington Roads was submitted by Professor Sharp's real
estate agent, Dick Agard. Professor Sharp proposes to sub - divide the
property on which his house now sits into six building lots including
a lot which will contain his house. All proposed lots meet the minimum
requirements of the Village. A copy of the map is on file in the Village
Office.
