The office needs to replenish the supply of envelopes and will need authorization
from the Board to send a check for $146.10 with our order for government printed
stamped envelopes. I am ordering only 2000 this time in case the postage goes
up before the year is over.
We should have the following resolutions:
a) Adopt completed, verified 1971 Assessment Roll as amended by Grievance
Day adjustments and Veteran's Exemptions, which was filed by the Assessor
with the Clerk.
b) Resolution to adopt the 1971 Sewer Assessment Roll and file same with the
Clerk.
c) Resolution to adopt the 1971 Sewer Rent Assessment Roll and file same
with the Clerk.
d) Resolution to adopt the 1971 Water Improvement Assessment Roll and to
file same with the Clerk.
e) Resolution to adopt the 1971 Sidewalk District Assessment Roll and to
file same with the Clerk.
