VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
July 1971
Two zoning permits were issued during the past month for additions
to existing buildings for a total estimated cost of $700.
Requests were made as to the zoning requirements concerning the
development of a newly purchased fraternity house into an apartment
house. This structure is located on Wyckoff Road. The owners were
instructed to submit their plans for any alterations or additions
to the building or land to me so that they could be presented to
the Board of Trustees if necessary.
A: letter was received from the attorney for Professor Lauriston Sharp
complaining about the public hearing that was held on a subdivision
of the Sharp property. It was the opinion of Mr. Sharp's attorney
that all requirements for the zoning ordinance were met and the
• public hearing was not necessary.
