As of today, July 12, 1971 there are taxes outstanding in the amount of
$21,637.10 and sewer rent charges for the outside of $1,170.00.
Mr. Rocco Lucente again paid "under protest" charges for sewer rents for
14 properties of his located on Sapsucker Woods Road which he cla rs are only
two unit dwellings but which the Village has assessed as four units each.
Another paid "under protest" came from Earl F. Sharp for his property at
178 Pleasant Grove Road (Tax map 11- 2 -7.2). Mr. Sharp said when he sold part
of his property to Mr. Lagrand Chase he retained a piece 200 feet square. The
County assessment department has it listed as - east 245' - west 200' - north
175' - south 175'. An average width of lot of 223' was reached as the figure

of lot is $0.257
per foot. Mr.
Sharp is asking
to be refunded for the
23 feet or $5.91. 2 was promised by Mr. Franklin in a conversation today that
he would send a statement on the correct dimensions of Mr. Sharp's lot.
Mx. Pimentel, Tree Warden, today, brought into the office a list of dis-
eased elm trees which should be removed. There are N trees listed on the
Village rights of way and 432 trees listed as being on private property.
There was no overtime paid in June, 1971.
