Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights Subject: Activities of the Police Department for December 1970 Gentlemen: The Department handled 41 complaints and investigated 12 motor vehicle accidents. There were 34 traffic tickets and 44 parking tickets issued during the month. Some of the cases investigated during the month concerned 1 felony case is (forgery), 15 misdemeanor cases (petit larceny, bad checks, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and aggravated harassment) and 2 Village Ordinances (hunting and illegal burning). The part -time officers worked a total of 186 hours and the regular officers overtime for the month totaled 24 hours. .- Approval is requested for the purchase of a Recordak Easeamatic Reader at an approximate cost of $204.
