Overtime paid in January was as follows:
Marshall 30'1s hours $120.78

Truax 17 hours 85.68
The Tentative Assessment Roll was filed with the Clerk on February 1, 1971 with
a total of $24,907,829 as the total tentative assessment amount.
On Wednesday, February 10 from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M. the Local Assessment Review Board
will meet in the Village Hall for residents to come and discuss their aseessments.
GRIEVANCE DAY is Tuesday, February 16, from 3 to 7 P.M. This Board is composed of
the County Representative, a member appointed by the Village Board and'. a member
of the Staff of the County Assessing Division.
The Completed Roll must be filed by April 1, 1971
We need the following Resolutions:
1. Approval of the Fire Contract between the Village and the Town of Ithaca for
the Calendar year 1971 in the amount of $8,960. The last resolution No. 1751 -
Minutes 11/16/70 - only authorized the attorney to draw up the contract.
• 2. Appoint a member to serve on the Review Board - Grievance Day - February 16th -
hours to be between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M.
3. To confirm the Mayor's appointment of a nominating committee as follows:
Courtney Crawford, Chairman
Sarah Nungezer
Frank Golay
Stuart Lewis
4. To confirm the Mayor's appointment of Inspectors of Election as follows:
5. Set Registration Day - Village Hall - February 27, 1971 - 12 o'clock to 9 P.M.
6. Cause Notice of Election to be published and posted. The terms of three
Trustees expire March 31, 1971 namely: Ronald E. Anderson
Verne A. Fogg
Virginia Powers
7. Trustees, acting as a Committee of the Whole, to make up the 1970 -71 Budget

should continue to pick up private elm wood for disposal
