VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
DECEMBER 1971
One zoning permit was issued during the past month for a $1200 addition
to an existing building.
The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing on the request for a
variance from the Carriage House Apartments to allow a roof overhang
within the 30 foot setback side yard. The variance was denied.
