REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
AUGUST 1971
I. Mayor ani the Zoning Officer met with Mr. Sarkus who acquired with
Mr. Bimb& U a building on Wyckoff Road that used to be a fraternity
dwelling. The zoning restrictions on the use of such a building
were point i!d out in detail to Mr. Sarkus and it visa also pointed out
to him the necessity to carry through previous requirements on a
Zoning Board of Appeals ruling on property held by these men at
another address on Wyckoff Road.
II. During the past month there was one building permit issued for $500.00.
