There was no overtime paid in the month of July 1971.
At the end of July the outstanding taxes amounted to $18,931.11
and the unpaid outside sewer rents were $810.00
When the diseased elm trees on private property were finally listed
by street, tax nap number, name of owner and number and diameter of
trees, the list consisted of eight double spaced pages.
This year most property owners a very cooperative and the trees
are being removed.
Mr. Kiyoshi Ito came into the Office asking that his property
address be changed from 420 Klinewoods Road to 418 Klinewoods Road.
When he recently purchased a piece of property, tax map number 5 -4 -12,
his deed listed it as 418 Klinewoods Road but all the assessment rolls
and work books in our office have it as 420 Klinewoods Road. We have
no piece of property listed as 418 Klinewoods Road.
