VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
September 21, 1970
During the month of August two zoning permits were issued for a total
amount of $1,$00.
Certificate of Occupancy was issued to Cornell University after inspection
of the property by the Zoning Officer.
The New York Telephone Company after receiving word that a request to
exceed 18 square feet for a sign on their newly erected building would
not be favorably received, elected to install a sign that would fall
within the 18 square feet requirement.
A request for additions to the buildings on the property of Mr. Bentinck-
Smith were denied because of not meeting the zoning regulations and the
matter has been referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals which meets on
September 21, 1970 to hear the case.
The recommendation of Attorney Buyoucos is the zoning problem at the
Locke property should be held in abeyance until the questions on
responsibility for drainage water have been settled.
