REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
November 1970
One zoning permit was issued for the construction of a one - family house
at an estimated cost of $50,000.
The Zoning Board of Appeals met again in an adjourned session to hear
additional information on the Raymond Bowers variance request for his
house at 109 Hanshaw Road. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant
the variance on the basis of unneccessary hardship. It was stipulated
that the planned addition shall be a minimum of ten feet from the property
line but in no case shall it be any closer to the property line than the
southeast corner of the existing structure. Also, the porch dimension
that runs semi - parallel to the sideyard property lines shall be no more
than a maximum of twelve feet.
