VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER
May 11, 1970
Two zoning permits have been issued for construction of alterations
and additions to buildings in the Village for a total sum of $16,500.
There are three zoning permit requests pending. The exact calculations
for land coverage of these proposals are very close to the 12% land
coverage requirement for the residential area.
