Marcham, Mayor Members of the Board of Trustees Village of Cayuga Heights Subject: Activities of the Police Department for April 1970 Gentlemen: The Department handled 80 complaints and investigated 6 motor vehicle accidents. There were 97 traffic tickets and 30 parking tickets issued for the month. Some of the cases investigated during the month concerned 4 felony cases (grand larceny - motorcycle, illegal possession of narcotics, and • 2 forgery cases); 30 misdemeanor cases (petit larceny, bad checks, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, aggravated harassment, possession of fireworks, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, and assault 3rd) and 6 violations (disorderly conduct and harassment). The part -time officers worked a total of 119 hours and the regular officere overtime for the month totaled 41 hours. Approval is requested for the appointment of 2 part -time patrolmen Stanley J.
