REPORT OF THE ZONING OFFICER
December 1970
During the past month two zoning permits were issued for additions to existing
structures for a total amount of estimated value of $4,500.
The Zoning Board of Appeals met on October 19, 1970 in an adjourned session
and voted to grant the variance on the basis of "unnecessary hardship" to
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bowers on Highland Road. The variance request was to
build slightly closer to the property line than the specified 15 feet.
Request was made of the Zoning Officer to make a determination on the lot size
for a division of property facing Highland Road creating an additional building
lot between the properties of Hollister and Webb. No specific request for a
permit was received in this division.
