VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
REPORT OF ZONING OFFICER
August 17, 1970
During the month of July one zoning permit was issued for additions to
residential construction for a total of $3,000.
Request has been received from the County Assessing Office that a copy of
each zoning permit that is issued be sent to them for tax assessing
purposes. This procedure has been initiated with the help of the Village
Clerk.
Request was received to investigate a possible zoning violation at the
property of Norman Freedman on Winthrop Place. Inspection was made and
although he has erected what might be considered to some as unsightly
antenna on top of his house and has also installed a larger steel pipe
with another antenna along side of his house the height is less than 251.
It does not seem to me that any zoning laws have been violated as there is
• no structure higher than 25 feet on his property.
