A building permit was issued to George W. Glover for the Carriage House Apartments. This was for £he construction of a one story two family house to house the manager and assistant manager. The permit was issued with the understanding that the present 16' x 16' tool house will be demolished upon the completion of the construction of this building and before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. With the construction of this new one story building the land coverage of the Carriage House complex will be only a few square feet under the required maximum of 15% of the land area. Because this is a one story, two family building being constructed, it was the opinion of the Fire Inspector and the Zoning Officer that no special multiple housing inspection was required or necessary. 3. There has been no report from the lawyers in whose hands the zoning problem of the Mrs. Herman property on Wyckoff Road nov rests. J. B. Rogers Village Zoning Officer is
