The Trustees considered the alternatives presented to them for remodelling and expanding the Village Sewer Plant by Messrs. Teetor and Dobbins. They made the following resolution: RESOLUTION # 1405 - SEWER PLANT EXPANSION VOTED to authorize the Engineers to plan for a plant that will serve the drainage area (Project Area No. 1) as defined in the O'Brien & Gere report of February 1965 and will treat an estimated two million gallons of sewage a day. Trustee Fisher recommended that in presenting this resolution to the Engineers the Mayor inform them that insofar as possible they should plan for installation of equipment only as it became necessary. In later discussion the Board, Mr. Liguori and the Supervisors agreed to reactivate the County Sewer Agency program, begun in 1965, with a view to establishing a County Sewer District if that is agreeable to the parties involved. Those taking part expressed the hope that the District might come into being at such a time that it could take over the financing of the Sewer Project. Meeting adjourned at 5:30 P.M. • F. G.
