ZON33IG OFFICER'S REPORT
JUNE 1969
1. In May 1969 no zoning permits were issued for new construction.
2. The Zoning Officer and Village Attorney met with Mrs. Louis Herman
and her attorney on May 28 at 505 Wyckoff Road to establish the facts
of the matter. The matter was left in the hands of the attorneys who
were to establish if a retroctive use had been established and to the
law that governed.
3. The Village attorney is to press the case of the presence of the Maxwell
School in the Village with the school's legal representative as decided
at the Board's special meeting May 29, 1969.
4. A letter was sent to Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity and Acacia Fraternity,
both of Highland Road - pointing out the zoning ordinance that prohibits
parking within a 30' set back distance from the road right of way.
• 5. The University's permit to stock pile earth on the Old Country Club
grounds in the Village was extened by the recommendation of the
Board to this month, June 1969.
