VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held at 12:15 P.M.
July 7, 1969 at the Village Hall, 194 Pleasant Grove Road.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham; Trustees Ronald E. Anderson, Harold R. Fisher,
Verne A. Fogg; Engineer John B. Rogers.
RESOLUTION #1522 - AUTHORIZE PAYROLL DEDUCTION FOR CSEA DUES
VOTED to authorize appropriate deductions from pay for dues to the Civil
Service Employees Association for members of the Village Staff who choose
to have this deduction made, with the understanding by the Board that the
authorization of this deduction does not commit this Village or the staff
members involved to recognize the CSEA as bargaining agent for the Village
Staff.
The Trustees also discussed informally the need for installing an air
conditioner in the Village Office and for purchasing a Gravely mowing
machine. Subject to later formal action, the Board agreed that the
Engineer should make inquiries regarding purchase of these two items of
equipment.
