AGENDA for a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held Monday,
July 21, 1969 at 4 p.m. at the Village Hall to consider and act upon the
following:
1. Approve Abstract of Audited Vouchers dated July 21, 1969
2. Formal action on the purchase of an air conditioner and mowing machine
3. Approve creating the position of part time typist
4. Approve ordering 1500 government printed stamped envelopes for Village
Justice - price $101.15
5. Resolution to apply to the Commissioner of Agriculture to remove
diseased elm on private property.
