I hereby submit may report for the operations of the Fire Department for the
month of December, 1968.
Fire Calls:
12 -2 -68 Mutual Aid to the Town of Dryden, 572 Main Street, Etna, New
York, house fire.
12 -7 -68 116 Sapsucker Woods Road, Motorcycle fire.
12 -19 -68 214 E. Upland Road, washing machine motor.
12 -24 -68 Hasbrouck Apartments Laundromat, dryer fire.
Investigations and miscellaneous-
12-2-68 1006 Highland Road, fumes.
12 -6 -68 Sapsucker Woods Road, burning complaint
12 -15 -66 316 Highland Road, Tree down.
12 -26 -68 Lansing Apartments East, building Ti cover furniture to
protect from water leak.
Inspections:
12 -10 -68 106 Cayuga Heights Road
The Fire Department would like approval to purchase a two -way radio (mobile),
to be used with the existing base radio in the apparatus room. Estimated total
cost is $716.00.
