VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS
MINUTES of the Grievance Day meeting of the Board of Review and the Assessor
from 6:00 P.M. to 10 :00 P.M. held on Tuesday, February 18, 1969 in the Village
Hall, 194 Pleasant Grove Road, Ithaca, New York.
PRESENT: Mayor F. G. Marcham, Trustees Ronald E. Anderson, Verne A. Fogg,
Mary T. Freeman, Carl H. Nelson, Rane F. Randolph and Assessor Donald P. Franklin.
Mrs. Helen Gifft, 102 Parkway Place, Tax Map No. 12 -4 -9, appeared and asked
for a lowering of the assessment on her house. Assessor Franklin agreed to
examine the property and report back to the Board of Review.
Mr. Richard Locke, 1003 Triphammer Road, Tax Map No. 10 -3 -11.42 vacant
lot between East Upland Road and Triphammer Road, asked for a lowering of the
assessment on his property.
• After consideration of the facts presented by Mr. Locke and an explanation
by Mr. Franklin, the Board resolved to affirm the assessment of the property
of Mr. Richard Locke at $15,270.
