1. Note: I regret that I'll be out of town on business during the Board meeting. Please feel free
to contact me if you have any questions or issues to discuss.
2. Abstract has been distributed for this meeting. Financial reports for October are still
pending, due to the early meeting and staff absences. A limited number of copies are
available at the meeting.
3. Bonds: Village Garage. We just made the last bond payment on the Village Garage issue
($120,000 principal paid over 10 years). Perhaps the DPW should have a mortgage- burning
party.
4. Annual Audit. Fieldwork for the annual audit was completed. No significant issues have
been identified at this point.
5. Budget. For the December meeting I plan on circulating material for the Trustees to create
the budget assumptions for use in the development of the FY06 budget.
6. Retirement System. Our Retirement System payments are $25,579 over the amount
budgeted. We'll need to accommodate this from Contingency or fund balance. The State
is now providing estimates a year in advance to improve our ability to project costs.
7. Transfers. (RESOLUTION REQUIRED)
