ACTION 3: We have received the time from the NYSDEC on the contract for the V1^/VTP Trickling
Filter project. We are still for final approval of the plans and specification$ for the
NYSDEC. Upon approval we cdn put the plans out for bids from contrastors. Steams & Wheter
Engineers, who have designed fhe project, have proposed a scope of services and a fee for
oversight of the bidding and phases of the project. The initial quote was for
site inspeclion services. TherefQre, S&W has submitted a new quote of $71,000. The final cost
will be determined by the actual hours spent on the project, billed at the schedule value for the
