MOLUTION.___ • GRANT POWER TO ZONING OFFICER TO MAKE DETERMINATION
IN NON - CONFORMING PROPERTY CASES - ("AREA VARIANCES ") +
VOTED that when questions arise concerning pre- vdsting non - conforming properties as to "area"
( not "use")vadadons from applicable zoning requiremenfs, the person or persona seeking the variance
shalt present the appropriate documents to support the request to the Zoning Officer who shall have
the power to decide the validity of the request. If the Zoning Officer denies the request, those
seeking it may appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The fee for making such a request to the
Zoning Officer shall be $50.00.
