The Village of Cayuga Heights
1. Tentative Budget
2. Local Law to Establish Sewer Rates
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights at 7:00 PM, Monday, April 11 in the Village Hall, 836
Hanshaw Road, regarding the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2011-2012. Villagers
attending the hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments. A copy of the
tentative budget may be inspected by any person prior to the hearing at the Village
Office, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
Notice is further given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights at 7:00 PM, Monday, April 11 in the Village Hall to consider
Local Law G of 2011: Establish Sewer Rates Effective 6/1/2011 at $110 per unit for the
“inside” rate and $165 for the “outside” rate.
