The Cayuga Heights Fire Department agrees to host the Cayuga Heights Elementary School's PTA Fall
Auction/Fundraiser on November 1,2104 at the Cayuga Heighs Fire Station. As a condition for using
this facility, the PTA will add the Village of Cayuga Heights Fire Department as an additional insured for
