Financial Reporting – Significant effort has been expended preparing the Village’s Annual Update Document (AUD) for submission to the Office of the State Comptroller. The due date is October 1, 2012 2. Bond and BAN Financing – Completed and filed the Debt Statement necessary for the Bolton Point Water Commission - $2,600,000 Joint Public Improvement Bonds, 2012 filing. The Bonds will be sold on September 19, 2012. 3. Bond Payments – On October 1, 2012 the following payments will be made to the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation: Total Expenditure - $47,374.41 Series 2005B – Trickling Filters: Original Amount - $257,000; Remaining Balance $185,000 Net Payment after Interest Subsidy of $1,757.50: $11,665.83 Series 2010C – Phosphorus Treatment: Original Amount - $734,221; Remaining Balance $645,000 Net Payment after Interest Subsidy of $5,246.59: $35,246.58 SRFFA Administrative Fee: $462.00 4. Revenues – Balances as of August 31, 2012 Deposits: $327,345.18 Expenditures: $383,377.79 Checking and Savings: $3,835,951.81 5 Budget – NYS Retirement System payment estimate revisions. ERS from $137,833 to $143,049, an increase of $5,216. PFRS from $148,932 to 130,679, a decrease of $18,253. 6 Transfers – Monthly transfers to Trust & Agency sufficient to cover payroll, ADP fees, and Retiree Health Benefits. 7 Audit – No activity. RFP for annual audit needed. 8 Abstract – Unaudited Abstract #4 dated September 10, 2012: as distributed. 9 Approval of Abstract – (Resolution Required) RESOLVED to approve Abstract #4 for FYE2013 consisting of vouchers TA30-TA40, 175-238 in the amount of $131,965.47 and instruct the Treasurer to make payments thereon.
