REPORT BY DEPARTMENT:
1. PUBLIC WORKS
a. Street System: We have completed the paving on White Park Rd. We intend on finishing
driveways, shoulders, topsoil, and seeding in June.
b. Storm Water System: We have been continuously cleaning catch basins and monitoring
our creeks to keep them clear of debris...
c. Water System: Nothing to report.
d. Sewer System: We have plans on continuing flushing...
e. Buildings and Grounds: We continue to clean the yard as time allows.
f. Personnel: Nothing to report...
g. Safety: Nothing to Report...

Re: Monthly Report- May 2012
During the month of May, The PWC is also in the process of developing a new Pruning Policy so
that we can notify residents in more detail of the work performed by our crew.
We have also been working on the White Park Rd,the paving of the road has been completed, but
there is still more work to be completed, such as driveway aprons, backfilling of the curb, then topsoil
and seeding. The entire job will be completed in June.
Refuse policy has been being enforced by the crew and we are happy to say that after a few bumpy
weeks,more and more of the residents have been complying with the policy.
We also have been on schedule for all other regular scheduled tasks, and have started looking into
our summer projects...
