During the month of January, our regular scheduled duties have been on schedule. We have also
started some spring cleanup projects since the weather has allowed us too.
We had 1 water main that was repaired on Hanshaw Rd.

a. Street System: We have been doing pot hole repairs as needed.
b. Storm Water System: We have been continuously cleaning catch basins and
monitoring our creeks to keep them clear of debris...
c. Water System: We had 1 main that was repaired on Hanshaw rd.
d. Sewer System: We have plans on continuing flushing...
e. Buildings and Grounds: We continue to clean the yard as time allows…
f. Personnel: Nothing to report…
g. Safety: Nothing to Report…
