Would you please indicate what type of internet service this covers?
We can provide you a 5m/512 internet for$69.00 we can give you a higher internet speed but it would
cost more. I tell all new customers to try this speed. It usually is at least 2 times faster that your current
internet. Out of 300 customers in the last 2 years everyone is happy with the speed and consistency.
Would we have to run new cable?
Engineer decides that at site survey. This is done after contract is signed. It is free of charge and we do
not have to move forward with contract if there are any additional cost.

Is it a T1 connection or DSL?
Neither. It is fiber optics
Once the 36 months expire, will charges increase?
No increase in charge after 3 years.
What happens when we have a problem with either the phones or internet?
24/7 service 7 days a week. We are a 100 year old family owned telephone company. We answer the phone in
a minute with a live person. Everyone is so happy with our service.
know we probably spoke about these items when we met, but I will need a refresher to take to the Board.
