HomeMy WebLinkAboutVICAH MySherpa 2.17.11.pdf 1 PROPOSAL DATE: February 17, 2011 TO: Kate Supron, Village of Cayuga Heights FROM: Ryan McGuire RE: MY SHERPA ON-SITE SUPPORT SERVICES DESCRIPTION PRICE OVERVIEW OF MY SHERPA ON-SITE SUPPORT SERVICES: Sherpa On-site Support Services will provide the Village of Cayuga Heights (VICAH) with a designated Sherpa Network Engineer with the appropriate technical skills to provide effective IT support services. VICAH’s designated Sherpa Network Engineer will provide ongoing network and systems consulting, training, support, instal lation and configuration services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration. SUPPORT SCHEDULE: Sherpa’s assigned engineer will perform on-site services and support on a scheduled basis of eight (8) hours per month. Note that that VICAH is only billed for actual time worked and the number of regularly scheduled hours is flexible and can be changed by mutual agreement to best meet VICAH’s needs. REDUCED HOURLY RATE OVERVIEW: Sherpa Technologies standard hourly rate is $95 per person per hour. VICAH’s My Sherpa On-site Support Services rate is reduced to $85 per person per hour. ST will review the rate annually and may change the rate only once per 12-month period, set by the date of signature on this Agreement. | As a MYSS customer you waive your rights from the date of this Agreement until one (1) year after the expiration or termination hereof, without written prior consent from ST, the ability to solicit the employment of or entice away any employee, consultant or independent contractor of ST who served as such at any time during the term of this Agreement (whether as a full or part-time employee, consultant or independent contractor); or be an employer, directly or indirectly, of a ST employee. | Travel is charged at a per visit, per person rate. | Sales tax is not included; please add the appropriate sales tax where applicable. | Terms of payment are net 20 from date of invoice. A 1.5% finance charge per month is added to past due invoices . | A $25.00 Administration Fee will be assessed to all returned checks.
