| Prices subject to change without notice.
| All product sales are F.O.B. Sherpa Technologies, Inc. Actual charges for shipping/delivery will be
added.
| Eligible returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Subscriptions, support contracts and
opened software are not returnable. All returns are at the discretion of Sherpa Technologies.
| Sherpa Technologies business hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays. All work is performed during business hours. Off-hours work may be performed on an as
available basis at the rate of time and a half.
| Travel is charged at a per visit per person rate.
| Sales tax is not included; please add the appropriate sales tax where applicable.
| Terms are Net 20 from date of invoice.
| A 1.5% interest charge per month ($3 minimum) is added to past due invoices.
| A $25.00 Administration Fee will be assessed to all returned checks.

Technologies, Inc. shall not be responsible for fulfilling the terms of warranties provided by third party vendors. Sherpa
