G. Vehar – spoke against sharpshooters being permitted into the Village.
L. Garner – spoke against sharpshooters being permitted into the Village.
C. Temple – has concerns with the deer remediation plan and indicated the deer from other towns
will migrate into the Village.
A. Wood – spoke against killing the deer by his property.
A. Wagner – provided a copy of a petition against large commercial vehicles using Triphammer
Road.
S. VanDeMark – gave her opinion that TCAT seems to receive any allowances they ask for.
M Shoemaker – spoke against having a TCAT bus running through school bus sections, giving an
example of a teenager on a skateboard and the dangers that could have happened.
D. Poppensiek – spoke against having deer killed near her property and against weapons being
discharged in the Village.
K. Stein – spoke against the use of netting and bolting and against sharpshooters.
J. LaVeck – spoke about PoF is still not in compliance with NYS law and spoke against bringing
White Buffalo into the Village.
M. Tabacchi – opposes sharpshooters (see statement in appendix B)
M. Mindlin – requested information on a variety of subjects and submitted a report. (see statement
in appendix B)
N. Green – does not want the deer killed near her property.
B. Root – would like to see the amended fencing ordinance to have a chance instead of killing deer.
Look at sterilization instead.
D. LaCapra – spoke against the proposed local law “J”. Would like more debate within the
Trustees.
A. Serling – spoke against the killing of deer.
A. Baker – spoke against the proposed local law “J”.
